Life on Queen Inc. (“ZOOTCH”, "us", "we", or "our") operates the ZOOTCH mobile application (the "Service(s)").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

In order to register as a user with the Service, you will be asked to sign in using either your Facebook login or your cell phone number. When sign in using your Facebook credentials, you authorize us to access and retain certain Facebook account information, that may include, but is not limited to:

•    First name and last name
•    Gender
•    Birth date
•    Profile photo
•    Friend list
•    Personal description
•    Cookies and Usage Data


Usage Data

We may also collect and retain information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Contacts Data

We may use and retain information about your contacts saved in your mobile device if you give us permission to do so (“Contacts Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve your communications through our Service and customize our Service to you. This includes, for example, helping you organize how you communicate with others and creating favorites list of your contacts so that you can join or get added to groups conversations.


Image Data

We may access, use and retain photographs and videos stored on your mobile device if you give us permission to do so (“Image Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, namely, to allow you to view your photographs and videos inside the Service and share them with other users.


Camera Data

We may access the camera of your mobile device if you give us permission to do so, in order to provide features of our Service. This includes, for example, allowing you to take photographs and videos inside the Service and share them with other users (“Camera Data”), such as through Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) video communication. We may also use and retain Camera Data for the same purposes.


Audio Data

We may access the microphone of your mobile device if you give us permission to do so, in order to provide features of our Service. This includes, for example, allowing you to capture audio inside the Service and share it with other users (“Audio Data”), such as through Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) audio communication. We may also use and retain Audio Data for the same purposes.


Tracking Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. ZOOTCH will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data, Image Data, Camera Data, Audio Data, Usage Data, Location Data, Contact Data and Tracking Cookies Data, will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (“Child” or "Children").

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, Image Data, Camera Data, Audio Data, Usage Data, Location Data, Contact Data and Tracking Cookies Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data, Image Data, Camera Data, Audio Data, Usage Data, Location Data, Contact Data and Tracking Cookies Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
